ORDERS AND PICK UPS
Currently, I produce a weekly inventory of breads and pastries that are sold at the Bayfield Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings from 8:00am - 12:00pm.
At the end of the market season, typically around October, I will start selling that inventory weekly at The Red Shed Farmstand on our property in Bayfield.

The Mother Loaf
The cornerstone of my bakery - Organic Flour, Redmond Real Salt, and Filtered Water. This Loaf is Naturally Fermented
more than 2 Days. This Extra Long fermentation Process Lends a Strong Sour Flavor and Easier Digestibility. Great for those with Gluten Issues (including myself).

The Baguette
A Sourdough Baguette, perfect for grab and go, sandwiches, or crostini.

Alongside these, I have a flavored bread rotating on a bi-weekly basis.
